Despite some of the recent nay saying about survey results indicating limited interest in the iPhone, AT&T should be feeling optimistic after taking one million inquiries on the iPhone from interested consumers. It’s looking like the iPhone isn’t exactly going to be the next Apple Pippin.

Speaking of AT&T, their COO, Randall Stephenson, pulled an iPhone out of his pocket at the CTIA Wireless 2007 trade show. Exciting times.
