Verizon’s president is one of a handful of Apple and AT&T competitors not sounding nervous and excessively defensive about the iPhone, instead seeing as an opportunity to get North American consumers interested in music-playing phones. Attaboy, Denny, stiff upper lip.

iSkin has a pretty smooth-looking faux-leather sleeve out with their new SOHO line. The protective sleeves look like they will have some admirers with both the business and student crowd, given their versatile looks. The increasingly-popular clamshell functionality is here, too, with your computer usable while still in the sleeve. The SOHO is available for $54.99 in MacBook size and $64.99 for the 15-inch MacBook Pro.

Lastly, the near-mythical ModBook is being delayed until May, but those who have ordered one will be happy to hear it’s to adjust the sensitivity of the pen tablet in response to tester feedback. People seem to be dying to check these out, so let’s hope there aren’t riots in the street over this.
