Blog Daring Fireball has a really nice analysis of the iPhone’s price, in particular responding to recent comments made by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. The author makes an interesting assertion that the iPhone’s price is actually too low, if anything.
While there were earlier reports that Apple wanted all the iPhone parts ready to rock and roll in the factories in early April, Apple Insider is saying not all the iPhone parts are ready. No word yet if there’s any significance; the original rumor could simply be incorrect and everything is going according to plan, or the delay might not be large enough to cause any problem, so no need to fret.
