Those espionage-experts at MacRumors have come into a very interesting document: AT&T’s training guide for iPhone sales.

If you’ve never seen one of these sales training guides–regardless of phone model–they’re rather interesting. In this case, the iPhone is broken down by features, then includes questions for the salesperson to ask the prospective customer and counter-arguments to sell them on the product. While many of the features are already known, there’s still some interesting clarification of functionality..
